The Request for An Autopsy in Many hospitals across the country continue to decline and because of this many newer facilities are choosing to close their autopsy suites and send the few request out to other institutions as the expense of maintaining the space and staff can be excessive. We are able to work with your hospital or pathology group to provide full coverage of your autopsy cases, and assist in locating an alternate site (a local funeral home) if necessary. Our pathologists have board certifications in anatomic, clinical, forensic, pulmonary, and neuropathology.  In addition, our pathologists’ assistants can provide surgical pathology grossing services to cover employees out on leave or other staffing shortages.
